The first challenge is due at next month’s face-to-face E-CSLIT meeting on Thursday, November 8th, 2012.
Each school must create a working catapult made up of the following materials only:
1) Up to 50 Popsicle Sticks (not tongue depressors!)
2) 1 Elastic Band
3) Tape (any type is fine)
4) 1 Piece of Paper (any type of paper is fine)
Last year’s winner, St. Paschal Baylon is looking to repeat their reigning E-CSLIT catapult title. Which school might put an end to this streak?
Come find out next month! Each school will be given 2 shots. The catapult that can shoot a plastic ping pong ball the furthest (measured where the ball first hits the ground) WINS!!!
