E-CSLIT Face-to-Face Meeting: January 10th

A huge thank you goes out to everyone who participated in E-CSLIT’s January meeting! It was our first face-to-face meeting of the 2013 year! The meeting took place on Thursday, January 10th, 2013 at the School Board from 4:30 p.m to 6:30 p.m. It was an exciting meeting filled with fun games, dances, an awesome guest speaker, a teacher best practice, and much more!

To start off the meeting, we play an icebreaker called molecule. Theresa will call out a number and body parts and students will quickly form a molecule of what she just called out. 3 heads!

We are given an awesome introduction and welcome from Anne Marum, Religion and Family Life Coordinator in the TCDSB.
Mr. Michael Consul’s monthly speech is another heartwarming and inspiring one about having courage to overcome fear, with courage being January’s virtue of the month.
January’s guest speakers, Ben and Joel from the Love Movement introduces themselves to the group of students.

  1. Having read this I thought it was very enlightening.
    I appreciate you spending some time and energy to putt this short article together.
    I once again find myself personally spending a significant amount of time both reading and leaving comments.
    But so what, it was still worth it!
