This is an incredible opportunity made possible by the Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center for Holocaust Studies, the organisation that hosted Freedom Day. This will give you the opportunity to showcase your public speaking talents and skills. The purpose is to raise awareness and provide an outlet for students to speak and empower themselves to take action. The grand prize of the speeches is the brand new iPhone 5 and the chance to present their speech at next year’s Freedom Day.
i can’t see the picture that’s posted, so if the rules are in the picture, i don’t know them because i can’t see them. i don’t know if we’re supposed to video tape ourself reading our speeches, i don’t know where we’re supposed to send them to, i don’t know if we’re supposed to write a speech on a specfic topic, or choose and issue that’s important to us. can someone tell me? 🙂
