Redmond Spirit Day 2013 On Wednesday October 30, 2013, Father John Redmond Catholic Secondary School and Regional Arts Centre held a Spirit Day for their grade 9 and 10 students. Here is how the wonderful day went! It started off with the student leaders welcoming all the grade 9’s and 10’s with high fives all around! Woohoo! High five train! An awesome way to get the crowd excited! Mike welcoming everyone and getting them “pumped!” You flex those muscles Mike! Mike hands off the mic to the two guest speakers from Positive Gear for the day, Adam and Justin! They explained the elements of school spirit! In between each leadership message, we got student volunteers to do various teamwork challenges, such as a relay race! Awesome job to the volunteers for wonderfully recreating the main object! Teachers VS. Students DODGEBALL! WOAH! Now that is school spirit! Playing some good old girls basketball! Great way to practice teamwork! The intensity of boys basketball! #BallisLife #Leadership Amazing job student leaders! We couldn’t have had fist pumping fun without the tech crew! “HANDS IN!” Awesome example of teamwork guys!
